Why is it every other person is 2x expensive?? They even help me out to get me back on the road no matter what They have parts in stock no one else has

Excellent service. Above and beyond in knowledge. Fixed a problem in 2 days that the other knobs in town couldn't find in 3 week's . Prices are what you would expect if not less . Well done.
We thought my husbands lawn mower was stuffed but the team here were able to fix the issue and make it better than it was before, got it done for under 100! So happy with the service, won't be going anywhere else
absolutely appauled with the service. all i wanted was my mower tuned, but i was told that i had to have it serviced to have it tuned. so i agreed that just do the basic service and have it tuned for the price. they had it on friday and said it would be ready that afternoon. it took until wednesday with constant phone calls, to still never be called back. so i took my trailer on wednesday afternoon to pick it up. only to be told " oh i was just going to ring you" you mower is going to cost over 800 to fix. so we have not started you mower yet i said " i just wanted it tuned and you have not even looked into that part yet" i told them i am not paying that, so they said it will cost you 400 for the parts that we have already used. i had to pay around 340 for the time taken and parts used, but still they had not even worked on tuning the engine. they said "go home we will tune it and then deliver it too you" so i go home and then find out that they cannot even tune the engine without replacing it with a second had for around 250. it gets delivered back to me with the light connected melted to the exhaust , they say "oh sorry we will replace that" nope nothing , they also tell me that they said we took photos of what is actually wrong with the engine, they won't even show me what is wrong and replace my light connector as my lights now don't work. ABSOLUTELY APPALLED at the lack of customer service here, just after money money money,, DUTCH DO NOT GO HERE
Good, old fashion customer service. I'll be getting my new mower here soon.
