terrible! I made an online 'secure a spot' booking for my peace of mind but guess what! when i entered the parking, no spot was secured for me whatsoever! the parking was full and cars kept coming inside as the entrance was still open. so i was not able to park inside and on top of that i had to spend several minutes to maneuver somehow to get out! why would you name ur product 'secure a spot' and then u do nothing about it!
