Had many a day trying to open Netflix as it was not down loaded. Still not sure if it is loaded correctly. That aside the tv is good .

We have updated our camper’s TV to a 24" Smart TV. The physical size is smaller than the 22” it replaces so is ideal for smaller spaces. It requires 2 remotes to operate all functions, one for the TV/DVD operations and one for the Smart functions and this has not been a problem for us. Support has been excellent from Englaon. We would highly recommend this TV.
Great smart TV, very happy with it. The aftersales service is also great had to phone to get a couple of features to work & the team was very helpful. Great people to deal with & great products.
Prompt communication and delivery, product was as described and has replaced the older (non SMART) TV in our caravan. Was a simple changeover....PNP and works great. Would certainly recommend.
I bought a 12v 32” smart tv from Englaon with inbuilt sound bar for my caravan. . I am thrilled with the quality of the picture and sound, not to mention how light the TV is for the size. The delivery was extremely fast I ordered at the end of the week and it was delivered before the end of the following week. Very very competitive on price too!
my 32 LED with DVD player was delivered as advised and no issues, set up the TV on my boat and while took a little bit of effort to get it all operational - had to read the instructions to get it linked to internet but once done works a treat. Haven't yet used the DVD player and only bought with the player as a back up. Picture quality is really good and I have it set up to run off 12V on my boat so on don't have to use my inverter or run the genset. Very happy with the product - all as described.
Excellent and personalized service both during the purchase and afterwards. TV supplied without update to the "smart" firmware. This required considerable effort to remedy but achieved with help from Englaon. All works well now and as "advertised".
I bought this TV to replace one which "died" in my 'van. Because of the age of the van and location of the "old" TV, size was a major concern as was suitability for caravan use (bumpy roads and less than stable positioning). To date I have found the entire experience much better than expected, the unit fitted into the available space perfectly, the positions of the various connections are much easier to use/handle with the potential to be more rugged that the previous set. Being a "smart TV" (it still can't make coffee), I have found that the wi-fi connection range is more than adequate for my needs. I would happily recommend this unit to anyone thinking about replacing their old TV unit.
