We recently bought few items from the Narre Warren store and very happy with the products and the service. was looking for a good sound system and a fridge and the sales person David was very helpful providing all the requested information. David help us to find the best deals and gave us good explanation about the products and the features. He was very friendly and patient answering all of our questions making it very easy for us to find what we wanted. Happy with the delivery arrangements as well, quick and carefully installed. Excellent customer service. Definitely will come back again to shop. Great Service.Thanks David.

Went here today to buy a new Vaccume and would highly recommend speaking with Michelle M as she was extremely helpful in giving us advice and assistance when needed and without asking she got us a great deal too. Will be doing more good guys shopping at this store from now on due to how helpful and friendly Michelle was
Very friendly and helpful staff at both showroom and their warehouse pickup at the back. Excellent service. No hassle with returns or exchange, as long as product and original box is intact. Keep it up the excellence guys, it's always a pleasure visiting your store!

Pokauh was one of the very few people that came to assist us in the good guys Narre Warren store today. She showed my boyfriend and I such great professionalism and customer service. Helping us with the many queries we threw at her. Giving us great advice on the printers we were looking at. Can’t stress enough how great her customer service was. My son was looking for a TV he wasn't sure which brand to go for and he had seen two TV he was interested in and Misty explained the difference between both TV and gave him the pros and cons with both brands. We had shopped around before coming to good guys. My son also had a budget and Misty was happy to help to make sure she could give him the best deal cost wise. I will definitely be coming back to see Misty in future if i need anything. Keep up the good work Misty, as customer service is very hard to find nowadays. 10 out of 10.
I have bought plenty of items from Narre Warren store and staff has always been nice and helpful. We recently moved and ended up buying a lot of things. Our sales person David S. was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions with patience. With restrictions in place he was happy to help us via phone and made sure we go the best deal. Even after sale he was more than happy to answer all the queries we had. Great customer service! Definitely a store to go to!
