We are out 800 since Christmas Eve because a transfer didn't go through and there is no way to contact them until Tuesday. Made for a dismally Christmas. We tested again on Christmas day with 2 and it went through. The slack thing is that they will benefit and we won't be compensated. The Mac sucks.
