This will be the last time I shop at the good guys (Hobart). I have waited over a month for a coffee grinder to arrive. I then called today (19/02/21)to find put that the grinder has been sitting at the warehouse since the 13/2/21 and received no phone call thst it had arrived. Maybe they should try sending texts seeing that the only make the one phone call to the people who are waiting on products even though I did not get the phone call.

The good good guys a few years ago I hid inside a fridge from my mum in there
renovating a house. need the full range of appliances so went to Good Guys where we were met with the most bored, unsmiling, disinterested staff who kept suggesting we find out about the products online. hello...this is why we came to the store to SEE them and find out more about them. Could not believe the sad non customer friendly culture in this store. will never go back. I would give it minus stars if i could.
Wouldn't buy there again. We bought our washing machine there which broke down after only two years. Found the manager rude and we had to fight to get warranty service. We finally got our machine fixed but it needs repairs for the same issue again. We found out it wasn't booked in as a warranty and so we have to contact Good Guys again for another service. Honestly can't be bothered and Harvey Norman or JB Hi Fi will get our business from now on.
Got some fans, wasn't disappointed with prices since it was cheaper than expected
The staff at the Derwent Park store were so nice friendly without being pushy. They know their products, were easily able to find what we needed & we didn't have to wait for any of our appliances.
I knew what I was after. Salesperson knew their products. Price was better than other retail outlets on one item and the same on another.
Awesome staff. Nothing too much trouble.
