I have dealt with Southern Mowers only a couple of times before. Obviously I must be pretty happy as I continue to return. Aarti from the facts that they do a good job at a good price, they take the time to make sure I am making the best move for my purpose and pocket. Matt is the owner operator and he explains what he is doing and why. His store sells new Masport and other brands of small motored machines. I called him yesterday to ask if he would be prepared to assemble a machine that I bought elsewhere, not only was he happy to do it his estimated cost was very reasonable and he said that he would have the job done within two days. I feel like a valued customer , something that many other businesses fail to achieve.
Best service and sales advice I've received by far across all the mower shops in Hobart. A wealth of knowledge and didn't get sold something I didn't need or try and upsell unnecessary features. Fantastic!!!
