Excellent customer service provided by the lady. She is like an encyclopaedia of Shavers/trimmers. She has all the knowledge. I was looking for a shaver and her advise was an excellent one. Its been 2 days now and i am extremely pleased with the performance of the product. I must say customer service at its best. Thank you.

Okay customer service but I had trouble because the boxes for items werent anywhere near the actual item. Very confusing!!! Also very expensive and disappointing not to have products during special!!!
Even though the lady working here couldn't exchange my item, she was still professional and helpful.
They were nice enough and the price on my Braun was excellent but the knowledge level is not that high I didn't think.
