Completely Incompetent. Left my mower with them with a warranty claim and a clear description of the fault. Was told to collect a week later and told they couldn't replicate the fault at all. Well, their testing procedures must include nothing more than turning it on and calling the customer to tell them it works because within 15 minutes of using it again I had the same fault and now the mower is useless. How hard is it to put the mower on a patch of grass for 15-20 minutes and ensure it actually works or has a fault?
