Best customer service. This young Maltese man , was so helpful and the others. I use to go over the road before, where they don't care at all so then I thought I try these others across and what a difference, they all have excellent customer service, I recommend them very highly.

Changing my review. If i could give half a star i would. Got my mower back after 6 weeks of getting the run around. Just fot the auto choke to be stuffed. All i took it in for was a service an new blades an to replace filter housing. I put a review up an a day later i got a call to tell me what was happening. If u have time to check reviews then u have time to see what is taking so long. Now its been almost another 2 weeks an i still have no clue what is going on. I want my mower fixed as i have paid for it after all.... no one should have to wait this long to have a job done

Visited store just before Christmas looking for a mower to purchase and was assisted by Jacob who was extremely helpful as I was unsure whether to go for a battery or 4 stroke mower. He showed me the options, advised the advantages and disadvantages on both mowers, as the grass in our house isn't the best so he suggested the 4 stroke. I wanted to go away and think about it. I returned yesterday and was assisted by Shannon who was also just as helpful, he showed me a slightly better 4 stroke for a touch more in price which I purchased and took home straight away. The mower is really great, light and easy to start and use. Thanks guys for you help, it made my decision al ot easier and also thank you for putting it in my ute. Most appreciated and will definately be back for service and anything else I may need in the future. Cheers, Jen :-)
