Staff are not listening to what I am saying, and just said no when I asked even before take it to consider, not ready to serve,also talked to head office as well, they are same,, I am really curious how they survive, hope they change their attitude or service before more victims come,

Showed up before 5.30 to pick up online order but they were closed. Google says open to 5.30???
Rude and arrogant staff so desperate to upsell. Didn't even listen to what I was saying and what my needs are. NOT the way to treat a customer. NEVER shopping there again!!!
