I put my vacuum in for repairs. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Vacuum was ready for pickup in less time than they had expected. Repairs that were done were very cost effective. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

1st time to this store. Good range of vacuum cleaners and accessories. Staff member was friendly and helpful. Parking is not really a problem as it is part of the Homeworld complex. Can be very busy on weekends.

Absolute waist of money ,should have gone to the good guys ,will never shop at godfreys again ,service was all about selling you extras you didn’t need and the cheaper vacuum are rubbish,shame on you godfreys

Im really surprised reading these bad review as I had a completely different experience. I went in twice, two different days because I was indecisive and both time I recived great service by different lovely ladies each time. Was offered assistance straight away as soon as I walked in the door. They were patient, knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the friendly service ladies and thank you for the help in picking the right vaccum.
