Appalling. Purchased a vacuum cleaner, part of the handle broke, no problem I'll take it back to get it replaced because it's still in warranty. I arrive and I younger employee completely ignored what I said, grabbed the handle of the vacuum, forcefully tried to fix it on the spot on for it to break. Handed it back to me, said it wasn't his problem and I broke it myself. Incompentent staff with no respect for customers. Then I had to pay to order the replacement, told it would be 2 business days. One week has passed and now I'm told it will be another 7 business days. Never going back.
