The service from Godfreys Frankston is excellent. After my husband rang the store and asked about advice for a pet vacuum cleaner without spending to much money. The owner explained to him which vacuum cleaner will suit our needs within our budget. And he also deliver the vacuum cleaner to our house without any extra charge. We love the vacuum cleaner we bought. Thanks again Ron.

My experience shopping with Godfreys Frankston has been very good. I called a few places to get advice about a vacuum cleaner and Ron the owner gave me the best advice and customer service over the phone by far. I paid by click and collect and he delivered the machine to my house that afternoon. I’m really happy with the vacuum cleaner, it has a power head and does everything he said it would. My old carpet actually looks amazing and I couldn’t believe how much dirt was in the bag!! My old vacuum never picked up anywhere near that much dirt. I highly recommend talking to Ron, he knows his vacuums and asks the right questions so you get the best product for the price you’re prepared to pay, and his service is outstanding. Thanks Ron 10/10.

I came with a blocked Vacuum cleaner that i bought from a different store and the person that was working in the store unblocked the Vacuum cleaner for me without charging me for the work he did.
