DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Claim to be Australian based, yet you will wait for your product from China, which will be completely wrong! When I looked up the address, it's a dodgy set of units in an outta Sydney suburb. Refused to refund prior to returning and NO WAY would I trust them. No doubt they would keep the money and sell on to some other unsuspecting person. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Sent an inferior product NOT as described or photographed. Then promised several times to replace and email prepaid postage return details but did nothing. Abused me on the phone and hung up in my ear. Please don't deal with the company on any level. If your money is important to you avoid this company with the longest pole possible

Donot buy from this place, Second hand item delivered telling brad new factory display saying new. Fraud
Please listen to the other customer and don't trust their so claimed warranty. It is definitely dodgy operation when you really need it. I was asked to pull a malfunctioned induction cooktop from the kitchen bench top and post back for warranty, this is not a laptop, it's a fixture appliance hardwired to the wall! The cooktop got some good use in my house for over a year, and now lying on the kerb for the next clean up collection. So if you like to have an "inexpensive" disposable cooktop in your kitchen, this is where you should try your luck.
Extremely dodgy operation. Avoid at all costs. I have received two items now that were faulty, was told they must be returned at my own expense for assessment and now cannot contact the company to even receive a refund. Currently I am 776 out of pocket with no items to show for it!
