Baught a washer and it was faulty. They refused to give full refund, demanding we pay for the delivery. They should pay to have it returned, not the customer. It takes a month to fix the machine, which is too long. Avoid this place because it's not worth the hassle. Salesman refused to give any viable options except to get a replacement which were of lower quality and damaged or pay extra for a similar machine.
