Whole staff is awesome in Burwood branch who always guide with products available on shop with remarkable knowledge. This time I went to buy a vibrating toothbrush for my child where one of the staff member helped me to explain all different options and helped us to choose the one.

The manager who I think is the franchisee is rude and unprofessional. Asked them to simply match the online price advertised on shaver shops website and he basically said to order it online and then come back in 3 - 4 hours to collect it. Go somewhere else where they will treat you like a real customer

Purchased an Oral-B 9000 on sale last year. Loved the product and the quick and easy service from the team. Recently the battery had a defect. After going out of their way to locate my afterpay receipt after difficulties locating in store, the team sent it off for repair but the problem persisted. The team have been great throughout and very understanding.

Horrible customer service. The manager at the store is rude and very unhelpful. I went to return a faulty product which was purchased online. He took the product and said he would contact the customer service which will then process my refund. When asked for a proof of return, he simply refused to give any acknowledgement and said “you have to just trust my word”. I mean, he could have provided me some sort of acknowledgement instead of giving bad attitude. Moreover return policy states, I can get full refund on faulty product which the manager could have processed then and there. But instead I got bad service and bad attitude.
