Took our grandchildren here today Sat 17 Apr 2021 at 1.45pm whilst in the lower part of the museum were told museum closing in a few minutes.. time was 2.54pm! Clearly states on website and at entry that it closes at 4pm!. When paying for the entry nobody said by the way you only have just over an hour in here. Took the money for sure. Waste of time and money as it had already taken us an hour and a half to get there. Have been many times before and have never been spoken to so rudely will not be going again. Sad day for history.

It was a really hot day but the lovely Museum volunteers gave us a great tour, there is so much wonderful history and memories, I can thoroughly recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Spent a good few hours here, Amazing host who is also senior veterans, Many good things to see and take photos around here, worth the price for the entrance and the place is full of history and love, I would come back again for many years to come, Thanks for giving me such a happy experience during Australian day

I only wish there was more interactivity and more modern vehicles on display

Outstanding museum. A fantastic collection, lots to see and do. Great for kids, will be even better once all the COVID restrictions have gone.

1st thing after I entered the humble gate is WOW. Such an awesome place full of thousands of different types and aircrafts and stories. The place may be a bit old but it’s very well maintained. So proud to have this museum in WA. My 4.5 and 1.5 year old are amazed too, so if you’re questioning if this place is suitable for kids, YES! Just make sure they don’t get too excited and go over the fence to ride on every plane. Also, they have a helicopter for the kids to experience and take picture. And some stairs to get up to the entrance of the aircraft to checkout the interior. Museums have 2 parts, the second building located building is even wow. There’s a staircase for the lookout (unfortunate not for prawn or wheelchair so I parked my pram downstairs and walked up, easily). No regret at all taking my kids there today. Highly recommended.

A lot of fun - plenty to see and do. Kept me, my 10 and 12 year old entertained for some time. Great to see the Lancaster bomber and Spitfire. Also recommend the VR experience - it's expensive but we bought 1 experience and shared it amongst the 3 of us. Highly recommended
