I wanted to buy a whipper snipper and was served by Lance. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, even assembling the item before we left the shop. The next day I returned as I had experienced a problem during my whipper snippering. Lance was again most helpful, sorting out my problem and taking the time to explain once more how to correctly use the tool. Great service; thank you!
just average - was looking to give them some more business - servicing my Hustler to replace the clutch (not a small job ). The first guy I got - rude, then transferred to a young lady where I was lectured on the the min 10 day wait time for assessment, when I enquired about the clutch in stock - no idea, no idea of cost, no idea of time in the workshop - just rude service with a lecture about a 10 day wait time for them to have a look at it. Brought heaps of stuff through these guys - I'm glad they are so busy as they wont get anymore business from me. 2 stars - because at least they answered the phone.
Marvelous service, second to none. Thoroughly recommended.
