Great service willing to help you the lady and the Vietnamese guy were really really helpful even it is gonna be overtime for them. They were solving the problem for us. I was after a hair straightener that would tame my hair. I went into shaver shop Bankstown for help because I really don’t know much about these products. The manager was in store and most managers don’t really care about serving as I’ve seen at other stores but she was so helpful she explained to me in detail the Differences in the straighteners. It’s safe to say I walked out a happy customer. I went back during covid to buy new toothbrushes for my daughters and again she served me and gave me great service. Thanks shaver shop Bankstown. I’ll see you again when I need something new heheh
