The Manager Sally and her staff would have one of the best customer service in Ballarat, they were absolutely awesome to deal with and couldn't of done anything more to give you a welcoming and pleasant shopping experience.

Took my Hoover vacuum back to Godfrey's, this morning,as it wouldn't close after I replaced the bag. A very friendly, helpful young lady, (named Danni?), assisted me and resolved the issue quickly. Prior to serving me, I observed her display an equally friendly and helpful manner to other customers, already in the store. Customer service like this is what brings people back. Thanks.
Buyers beware....Bought a Hoover Eco pet bagless vacuum 3 months ago and started to smell burning rubber. Vacuum stopped working, decided to return the vacuum to the Ballarat store for a refund due to faulty product. Was TOLD that the product would need to be sent for repairs, NO REFUND. Would take about 2 weeks to see if it is repairable. No choices given to me, just....this is how it is. Take your money to kmart and big w where if you have a faulty product, the choice is yours. Refund or replacement.. Buyer beware.

Customer service needs attention on the phone ! especially when offering a service to deliver when in fact had no intention to do so, leaving customer waiting all day without a courtesy call to say won't be able to make delivery, when questioned got irate and rude.
