There was a miscommunication on what time they closed on Saturday, I ended up trying to pick my car up after they had closed at 2pm. There was still someone there and they were able to arrange for me to get my keys then and not have to wait until Monday, which I really appreciated, with only a tiny bit of sas which I definitely deserved. Standard car servicing and price. Would go again, if they're willing to have me haha.

I booked a car service here, and asked for why the price almost doubled this time. They just keep saying it based on system and I can change to the base package if I want. But they did not provide me any detail about why I need to do other replacement. After I called another Honda store, they gave me a very comprehensive explanation and I would like to do a full service in their store based on their patient explanation. Not a good experience with service team.
Hi there, today I went to Suttons city Honda with my friend to look for a used car. We were wearing casual and I was talking to the dealer and was telling him about my budget. As soon as I told him about the budget he looked at me from top to toes and told me to go to the Chinese and very disrespectful and rude. I kept it very professional and thanked him and left. But seriously I never came cross unprofessional rude and cheap dealer. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there. It’s embarrassing for the company to even keep them.
I like the service they provide to the customers. Not only mechanical but also the waiting room facilities etc. You get a free coffee/paper/internet If you don't want to wait you can use their bus service to and from home. A really good experience overall.
I purchased a used car from suttons city honda and although the transaction of sale was satisfactory, the service department and after sales experience was far from that. I have a leaking windscreen washer bottle that I discovered when I filled the bottle all the way up. (The leak is around half way down the bottle). Also the reverse sensors beep like crazy when there is nothing behind the vehicle. Perhaps it detects ghosts, who knows. I stated that this should be replaced under dealer warranty. They told me that was "debateable" and said they would have the used car manager call me and discuss the matter further. No phone call, no support, no care. They will take your money and avoid all contact thereafter. Very disappointed. We will approach KIA in three years to purchase a new Carnival (not at Zetland) as we planned a while ago and avoid Honda and there new Odyssey much the same as they avoid us now. Sad, but ultimately not for us in the end. Lesson learned. And no Honda, I will not be contacting your customer care department. It already has done no good.
Booked in Sutton’s Honda a month ago which was fine but when on the day to hand over my keys the front desk they had no record of this booking. This was my first and last time I’ll be going there,my wife did warn me that the service was well below par and now I tend to agree. So much for the free first service. How hard is it tick off a checklist on a one month first service on a brand new car? The answer is lose the booking. Not worth my effort in waking up early on a Saturday just to drive there and drive home
