The staff are friendly and helpful. This is the only bike shop on the Sunshine Coast that took me seriously. Admittedly I was unsure of the bike I wanted but I wasn’t brushed aside and they patiently helped. I’m more likely to buy a bike and support a business based on how I am treated by the staff rather than manufacturer. Moto1 seem to treat their customers with respect.

I can't begin to thank Toby from the parts department enough. I had no idea what i was talking about, needed parts to service a Yamaha Grizzly. Wanted to surprise the Hubby Man by doing it myself and Toby made it so easy for me. He was super friendly, kind, patient and gave me great advice. Will definitely be using these guys again if we have any more work to do on motorbikes or Quad bikes. Thanks for not making me feel like a silly female Toby!!!!!

I called and left a message for them to call me back about a product and never heard back. I was passing by the shop at a later date so dropped in and left another message to call me back. Still waiting.. They may be better at service if you are just signing a contract to buy something.
