It has to be clear otherwise consider cheat! I purchased nozzles and the website put on wilton brand and what they sent to me isn’t the same as what they put on the website. The person I spoke with on the phone says its the same or equivalent. You can’t just say its the same.when I asked how is the return policy, they said I have to return the product myself for a full refund??!! What a joke. I paid for delivery fee only to get nothing and then I have to pay for returning?? For the same exact nozzle brand, other website also sell it cheaper. The person who I speak on the phone show no sorry at all for this. Good on ya doing business like that!

Visited the Willoughby store with a friend for moral support and what a very underwhelming experience. The customer service skills are overall lacking and makes me wonder how these stores survive without this small yet important skill. Took a very long time for anyone to approach us, and you could clearly see we were needing some assistance as we are beginners to the cake decorating world. I understand when customers that aren't professionals walk in to bake their first cake, and are to say the least a bit clueless, it would become a little tiring, however, it wouldn't be hard to be at least a caring and personable human being. Would have walked out if only we had drove a fair distance to come to the store and lets just say we won't be making that same effort again.
