Amazing customer service! Yesterday was my first time to visit Glasshouse Cakes and Supplies. I'm not exactly a pro-baker but the ladies were patient and gave great suggestions. They were even conscious of what will be the most cost effective option for me and helped me choose between various alternatives.

Went in on recommendation from another store to help with the printed edible cake toppers. Service from one of the ladies was great, even when she said she didn’t know how something was done she still assisted and it was resolved. Unfortunately the whole experience was marred by the other from the back. Not only did it seem like a massive inconvenience to *gasp* do her job, she also admonished her coworker for daring to ask for assistance. At one point saying “she had more important things to do”. It will be a while before I venture back into the store as I felt very uncomfortable by her rude manner, which is a shame because cake decorating brings nothing but joy and the store itself was well stocked with all things cake! Maybe she was having a bad day, but just the way she spoke to her coworker in front of two customers really left an uncomfortable feeling.

Still scarred from receiving a mouldy wedding cake in 2012. Probably not even deserving of 1 Star, refused to give a full refund despite not being able to eat the cake at all. Would not recommend.

The ladies at this store are amazing! As a rookie cake maker, i went in yesterday on a mad dash to find the easiest way to make something great for my sons birthday. They were so helpful, gave me loads of tips and suggested different ways of doing things. Thanks so much ladies!!
