Good location, average prices and service.
They have soo much (except different party hats, funnily enough) which is great for planning and giving ideas... they would also be good for last minute plans although you will pay for it - they are not cheap.

Ordered some ballons they didn't even stay up for 24 hours. Called the Taylor's Lakes store spoke with Sophie explaining my problem she was a great help sent pick of ballons via email and was very happy to replace all ballons and added a couple more for our troubles my daughters 8th birthday can now go ahead with her ballons. Fantastic service thanks again Sophie.
Very excited before entering the store...unfortunately, unhappy as soon as I entered the shop. Both the girls hardly made eye contact when asking information. Rude to customers..looking for some tiny balloon's on display..couldn't find them around the shop..finally the girls are hiding them at the counters. Finally got some stuff and the girl serving without any name badge was throwing the balloon boxes in a rude way. Horrible service from the girl..whatever could find the manager around the store, so left the shop with my stuff.
Ordered 2 rose gold number balloons a month ago, they call me the day before delivery to tell me that they're out of rose gold balloons... even if i look past the fact that they're out of stock even when i pre-ordered over a month ago, and they had plenty of time order more and restock, its the fact that they call me the day before I needed them and claim to be out of stock in almost every colour... at least call me a week beforehand so I can make other arrangements from another place instead of leaving me with no options day before a party, at 5PM, where else am I supposed to make alternate arrangements now? Very disappointed.
