Angela Tong who works for (Westaflex) very unprofessional. This company never pays their invoices on time and when you chase the payment for months you are considered rude and unprofessional. We have completed 3 jobs for this company in the last 3 years and not once have we advised we don't accept cheques. In 2016 we completed the second job and advised the store in Penrith of our change of address, however, they said that we will need to collect the cheque from their branch when it arrives. In 2017 we completed the third job. After months of chasing our payment we were advised that they had sent a cheque to our old address and asked us to go collect it from there. They sent the cheque to the old address although we have informed the store that we have moved to a new address but they failed to inform head office. When we couldn't collected it, we had them send a new cheque but they charged us for the cancellation of the old cheque, which they sent incorrectly to another address.
