Purchased a TV a few months ago and still going strong. Excellent customer service, can browse around without being hassled and pressured to buy. The lads were really helpful in opening the box to inspect TV and even assisted in loading goods in the vehicle.

The WORST shopping esperience I've ever had. Three weeks ago, I spended 250 to buying a bed frame but when I recieved bed frame, it was completely different. When I called this store they said because the frame that you picked up is sold out so we've sent a "better" one to you. However, they did not notify me in advance and the frame they sent to me - whose model is EH1002QG - worths less then 200 in fact after looking up online! obviously, THEY JUST TRING TO RIP ME OFF!! so when I called back for returning the product they just kept saying they would let the boss know and back, but they never did. After 3 days of calling, finnally, a female who seemed to be the boss picked up the phone and agreeed to give the refund. I sent the bank info via the email as disscussed on the phone, but since then there were no contact from them again and no refund. Now it's been nearly a week after the refund call and I called back another two times but all I got was "We need more time to confirm." really don't know what they are trying to comfirm already after the agreement of the refund! Now if I try to call back a guy who is definitely not the boss but pretends to be the boss would simply say "need more time" and rudely hung up the phone even if I said I would report to ACCC, he was just like "go ahead" and hang up. UNBELIEVEBLE! Their attitude are really bad. This issue still on process I think if it is necessary, I will solve this issue through law to defend my rights being a customer. After all, DONT THINK US CUSTOMERS ARE MONKEYS CAN BE EASILY TRICKED This is my experience from this store. Hopefully, it will help anyone else to not have a miserable shopping experience like me. UPDATE Finally, after two weeks waiting, they refund to me, which slightly makes me feel more comfortable about them, though, it's still a very bad shopping experince. I'll change the rate from 1 star to 2 thanks to the final resolvement of this drama.

Hi, this is my 3rd purchase of tv from bestbuy. my 1st & 2nd tv purchase was no hassle and customer service was excellent. i have no bad thing to say as my first 2 previous transaction experience was great hence i decided to buy another tv from bestbuy. the 3rd tv purchase that happened recently will need to resolved as the tv was delivered with a deep dent and scratch on the actual tv screen (refer to photo). I have paid full for the tv (including delivery) on 30.07.20 and delivered today (31.07.20). helped the delivery guy to unload and bring it inside my house. delivery guy took my old tv and box which i also helped him load to his truck. plug the tv then turned it on and saw a deep dent & scratch on the top left screen, then went out to tell delivery guy but he already left without checking if the tv is all good to use without any damage or issues. rang the manager, told her exactly what happened and told her the issue with the tv, had a little misunderstanding/disagreement (just like a normal unhappy reaction from customer who received a damage goods) but she is still reasonable to talk to. i was advised that she will speak to the driver the following day and contact me once she done it. the delivery transaction is under 15mins. from the actual delivery to plugging and turning the tv on. i do not even have any intention of a refund, all i want is my tv to be replaced with no screen damage or issues (which is the right thing to do since the tv is under the warranty period). I will wait what happens and update my review once resolved.
