This store is actually a Jaycar Electrical store, and there is nothing wrong with that! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and will take time to help you. They are not pushy either. If you lived through the 70's and 80's, this store is the equivalent of Dick Smith and Tandy. It sells a wide variety of electrical goods, components, air conditioning and hard to find kit. It is a pleasure to shop there!

I got prompt service and good advice, that's what I want from a specialist shop. Covid restrictions mean I can't browse but I could go in and buy stuff without having to click and collect which is pretty good.

Thank you for your wonderful service today, you couldn't have been more helpful, I have a invalid husband and needed a element for my oven, with the covid-19 pandemic shops are shut, I rang middy's I was told they are not open to the public only traddies, he wasn't interested in helping me in my situation. So I rang Sunbury city electronics Jack wasn't sure if they had one but after describing mine he thought he had that one and told me to bring it down. They did everything within the regulations and thankfully had the one I needed. Thank you for you very friendly service, I have shopped in your store before but you've definitely won me as my first place to shop at now. "Middy's you've got a lot to learn about customer service"
