Called them about some pallet racking, they told me they didn't think they had any in the size I needed. I said ok but then they wanted to know my full name, business name, email address, phone number etc.. I said maybe you should confirm if you do or don't have any and call me back first then I'll give you all my details. Didn't get a call back.

Waiting 2 days for a for a price on pallet racking and no word so I called back and was told they don't have any frames in the height I need. Ever heard of the telephone I said? I am waiting around to do a job and a return phone call that did not come. I then told them I can take shorter frames and if anyone had bothered to call me I could have relayed that info they said they'd pass the message on, 6 hours later still no contact. I got the impression the guy was not happy I had criticised them for the lack of communication. I will now spend my dough elsewhere as a simple phone call seemed to be too much trouble. I have bought from them many times but the lack of consideration is a little annoying so I think I'll try someone else.
