Daniel and Shelly went above and beyond for our new ensuite set up. Our new frameless shower screen and mirror look and feel amazing. We can't wait to use them on the rest of the renovations and cannot recommend them more highly! They even came back to resize the mirror due to incorrect measurements (not their fault) and offered us a free cleaning product to compensate.

Extremely poor customer service.Don't return phone calls or emails, though very quick to email you the invoice !!! Majority of workmanship poor. I'd give them negative stars if I could. All they had to do was supply & install 1 glass panel 1100x2000 & couldn't even do that properly. Didn't even clean the glass once installed.Extemely UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!

In response to your reply about your poor service & workmanship, firstly I didn't have a problem with the 3 week delay therefore I didn't mention it in my review. what I did have a problem with was the AMOUNT of times you never called back !!! Next, you stated that by me paying a deposit ( that I apparently requested, according to your reply ) it caused a problem with the ordering. I didn't request to pay a deposit,it was your receptionist that asked me if I wanted to pay a deposit & I was glad to do so ! As far as you compensating me 100 for the poor service & workmanship, I advised you that I won't be paying your invoice until it's discounted ! Next, wow this ones a cracker ! you say you came back & cleaned the screen & I was happy with it. Sorry but the glass panel was never cleaned at any stage !!!! what I did say in an email to you ( that you didn't respond to & I'm more than happy to show you my email if it helps you remember ! ) was that the glass was still not cleaned but I was happy with the silicone under the glass that your employee had not done right the first time ! ( about a 20 cm length where there was no silicone at all & water pouring onto the floor ) it was only when somebody else came out to repair that, I was happy with the silicone job. You state that you have been in the businessss for along time & you pride yourself on your quality of work & customer satifisfaction. Well there's obviously a major problem in your business because all you had to do was to supply & install a single panel of glass & you couldn't do that right ! You say you didn't know how to appease me in your reply,well here's an idea. Maybe do the job ( A very small job mind you ) right the BLOODY FIRST TIME & CALL YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS BACK !!!!! They say you should SUPPORT local business,well in this case I wish I never did. You are absolutely appauling !!!
