If I could give them a zero I would, cannot explain the frustration I have with this company , absolutely hopeless. Waited all day , had day off work , for shower install only not to turn up at all , made 3 calls to see where they were up to , and nobody could provide adequate information. Would never use or recommend again.

Unreliable. Never again will I bother with Kolder. I wanted one shower screen installed. I’ve wasted 2 days off work, no phone call the first time to say they weren’t turning up. Install rescheduled. Now their “only” installer has called in sick. Got to love a Monday. Now two months later I have to start looking again for someone to do the job.
Sydney Shower Screens (Kokder) installed a shower screen for me recently. It started positively with Remina being clear about the scope of work and confirming the day and time someone will come and completed the work. It was followed up by the exemplary conduct and workmanship of their employee/subcontractor (Conrad). He is a professional and polite man who takes pride in his work. I’d recommend Conrad and Sydney Shower Screens (Kolder) for this work.
Find another local supplier. Terrible to deal with and hopeless customer service. Only good thing was the quality of the wardrobe installation which was outsourced to a contracted tradesman from Newcastle anyway. Lost panels, no manager to speak to, no follow up calls and the list goes on.
Not happy with Kolder SE93 3 panel sliding shower screen as it is wobbling & installer told us it is like that. So we are forced to use it even though not satisfied with it.. Not happy with the product at all.
