We were visiting Canberra over the weekend and came across this restaurant. Excellent food, kudos to the chef. High quality food for a reasonable price. Excellent service and amazing views too. Would definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing food. Water's Edge provides a fine dining experience equal to, if not better, than any other restaurant in Canberra. Nestled on the edge of Lake Burley Griffin, the restaurant provides wonderful views of the lake through it's expansive floor to ceiling windows, and is easily accessible with ample parking close by. The chef provides fantastic meals, that not only taste amazing, but are a visual treat. The staff are extremely courteous and attentive to your every need. If I could give six stars for the Water's Edge Restaurant, I would. A wonderful experience for couples, special occasions or groups looking for that higher dining experience. Kudos to the Chef and staff.
Have fine dined many restaurants Canberra found this restaurant gets a 10 out of 10 all round. The service was exceptionally professional, friendly and happy. Food you could not fault a lot of TLC goes into their meals pat on the back for the chef and assistants. Nice selection of meals to choose from menu, that caters for all dietary requirements . Atmosphere was very pleasant with exceptional views looking over the lake. Thanks again to the staff for the exceptional service and for making it a pleasure to dine in your restaurant. 27/03/2021.
Fantastic. You can't beat the view. The food is exactly what I expected. Good service. You get what you pay for. I struggled in Canberra paying high prices for average food. This restaurant is worth the price. I came out feeling happy happy. Note: it's fime dinning so don't come warrior hungry come for the experience.
Great service and delicious meals - we had zucchini fritters and pulled pork tacos. We also sat outside in the sunshine overlooking Lake Burley Griffin and Mt Ainslie. So picturesque.
Exquisite food ... could not wait to try it... was not disappointed... Expensive but worth the experience!
Just a delightful night with very delicious food - fine dining with perfect balance of flavours. We had the three course dinner and every course was outstanding. Great service and and lovely views - we will be coming back!
Went here to celebrate a very special occasion. 3-course meal was great though portion sizes were a bit small. Lamb was cooked to perfection. Pricing is a bit on the high side as well.
