Enjoyed really my time. Lovely stuff, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and I can recommend to everyone to visit this beautiful place. Maybe advertise more clear there is no bathroom included in the room. That was the only little thing. But I didn't care about sharing the bathroom. About the food "next level". The Tapas and dessert just magnificent ) Thanks for having me I defiently will come back.

Really enjoyable place. From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and personable. Although we didn't experience the food side of things and just had a few drinks. The staff were making the effort to go the extra mile. I was content with paying and taking my drinks but the person serving insisted that I sat down and she would bring them over. If you like the idea of staying in an old fashioned style hotel I recommend this place. The architecture is amazing. Felt like I was walking in to the early days of Queenscliff. Toilets and bathrooms were clean. Rooms were tidy and gave a cosy feel. Only issue I had was first time was entering the hotel. You are required to punch in a combination and I failed to realise there was an electronic one on the handle and went for the old one still on the door. But besides that a really great hotel.

Arrived in Queens Cliff at 6pm on a Friday evening. All the cafés were closed! A surprisingly good coffee was had here.

Whilst the food and atmosphere was great we were a little underwhelmed with the service and delivery of our meals. Our group of 4 were seated on a small square table on the terrace and ordered about 5 plates of tapas. Each plate was delivered around 3-5 minutes apart and there was simply no room the table for them. The wait staff then looked at us as if this was our problem to sort out. If you are selling tapas and place 4 people on a tiny table you need a contingency plan folks.

Lovely and accommodating staff. My 10 month old was quite loud and made a mess. They were so good about it. We shared tapas food was yummy and relatively quick to come out. We ordered 4 or 5 dishes between hubby and I and were very content.
