We found our experience with Edward excellent. He was very accommodating and assisted my daughter in making the correct decision by trialling a couple of electric scooters. Good value for money for high quality scooters. Initially wanted to rent a scooter for my daughter and ended up buying one for her. Might treat myself to one soon. Would definitely recommend to others.

I booked my service appointment to have my tire swapped and was so impressed with the service I received. The tire swap was very quick and while I waited, I was given a lot of advice and recommendations on how to get the most out of my scooter. Although I purchased my current scooter online, I will definitely buy my next one from Edward and his colleagues as they provide a discount on service for ‘their’ customers. Even though this discount did not apply to me, I still felt like I got a great value. Thank you!

Special thanks to Edward for being so patient with me yesterday. Walking in without knowing which personal transport i should get. After a brief summary of the distance of commute, i was introduced to a few electronic scooters, and coming from a background of not knowing how to ride a bike, "No Joke", zero balancing skills, Edward patiently guided me on the basics of riding a scooter. Basically tried everything and almost gave up but then i was introduced to the Segway Pro S, and it was like its meant to be. Very thankful to have had Edward's assistance otherwise i'd still be walking miles to and from work. Five stars! Thanks again Edison
