Great selection of bikes suiting all pockets, outstanding customer service including after sales service, warranty honoured and repairs carried out swiftly and efficiently. Jack and his team are a bunch of legends.
Went to the shop, no sales people there. apparently doing deliveries. I look at the bike, I leave my details, he phones me back and I confirm I want the bike and need the banking details for a deposit. Get a call back about 3 hrs later. Decided to sell the bike to someone else. Unprofessional and a dog move and shows how they would most likely keep their warranties. Rather take your money and pay a bit extra at a more reputable location like Peter Stevens. Will never ever even attempt to do business with them
The missus' BMW visited several other shops coming back unfixed. Spot on fixed it in one go for a fair price Recommended them to a colleague who had been having bike issues and was spending a lot on half fixes. He brought it over to Spot On and says his bike feels like new and was happy with the cost. Keep up the good work boys
although this was a while ago. i paid a 2000 deposit for a repsol cbr and had to pull out of the deal as my partner fell ill and i tried to get the deposit back to help cover medical expenses. i was told i couldnt have it back but i could use it in their shop if i decided i want to buy a bike at a later date so i contacted them about buying another bike and once i said i wantes to use the deposit from the earlier deal i got no replies.

Great experience dealing with Nick and Jack this week selling my Speed Triple. Email/phone calls were responded to quickly, and bike was sold this morning with minimum of fuss, friendly in person and very sensible price agreed without pettiness or haggling over a few bucks, or making a big deal of the odd mark or scratch. Done and dusted and cash in my bank account inside 30 mins of being on the premises. Very happy seller and will definitely deal with these guys again in future. Thanks.
