I have dealt with Aidacare on two separate occasions now. The staff are friendly and respectful but not good on follow up. Have to make contact multiple times, by both email and phone, to get action. Even when they say they will ring they never do. My daughter was left without a wheelchair for four days while I chased up a loan/hire chair while hers was being repaired. I understand that sometimes they need more time but a call to say they are still working on it would be efficient. Waiting for another call back now (Friday) if we don't get a chair today we have a miserable weekend ahead. I feel sorry for the staff if they are that busy it is effecting their customer service. Update: Finally got a call at 4pm on Friday. Lucky I went elsewhere and hired a wheelchair. Have updated my review from 1star to 3. Aidacare responded to the feedback and supplied a loan chair. Keep working on the communication with customers your products are fantastic.

Don't waste your time Got there 1 hr before closing time and unable to hire as all the 'hire people' went home for the day despite at least 10 people in the office. To top it off I had a screenshot from their webite with sku and they couldn't find it in stock after I was told they were in stock. Won't be going back
I used this company a couple of months ago & they were great. Friendly helpful staff who even helped me load my gear in the car. Mums back so I'm definitely going to use them again today. I thought the prices were very reasonable.

They take your money quickly enough, but aren't that big on returning calls or sharing information about your order.
