Wasn't that impressed that impressed that I was given a time to pick up and items weren't ready. Products are great though.
I was a little fish in a big sea of commercial trucks that were collecting large orders of heavy duty racks & shelves, but Super Rack staff treated me like a king! They hauled out the heavy duty workstation box and put it in the back of my little Outlander for me (it barely fit!). All staff were fast, friendly and efficient. I opened the 72kg box while it was still inside the car at home and remove each part separately, but assembly was fast and only required a mallet. Tons of tall storage space, a deep workbench & built like a brick sh... well, you know. Thanks Super Rack!

While I was initially drawn to the competitive pricing, I am really happy with the racking. Solid and went together easily. The most important reason for the 5 stars is the after sales service. One box of uprights was damaged in transit and after 1 call and an email with some pics a new box was sent out the same day! Really impressive work! Thanks so much Jenny. Cheers, Justin
