Got sold a damaged tyre, looked like it had been cut with a box cutter it made my bike ride very unbalanced at high speed. However on the positive side they refunded both tyres as there were no matching tyres available.

Had a slight disaster with my front wheel on the way to Cairns from Brisbane. Dropped in there and they trued up my rim within 15 minutes. Fantastic service and got me out a whole heap of trouble! Thanks guys.

Been a customer for over 15 years and always found Mike and his team to be friendly, knowledgeable and provide great customer service. The mechanics and service department have always made space to book me in even at the last minute. They stock a great range of bikes, accessories and gear and have always looked after me on price. 10 out of 10 for service and expertise! I am new to the world of bike riding and I was a little nervous to say the least to book in for a bike fit with the team after buying a 2nd hand bike off gumtree. In my head I had this thought that I didn't fit into the world of Lycra, so I was waiting to be judged when I walked through the door. Needless to say I had nothing to worry about. Mike and his team made me feel so at ease and treated me with the upmost respect while making sure the bike was fitted 110% correctly. I was so deeply humbled by the amount of time that was spent with me making sure that everything perfect! I cannot recommend Top Brand Cycles highly enough. Thanks again Mike, ridding my bike has become a whole lot less painful since seeing you!
