Have been looking for a new bike for a few weeks. Got in contact with Frank at The Bicycle Store, Erina. Frank was very helpful and professional over the phone. We went into the store on New Years Day (the only bike shop open) and were again impressed by Franks customer service. He made sure I found the most suitable bike without any pressure to buy. The shop seems to have everything to suit all types of cyclists. We will certainly be coming back down for a bike for my husband in the near future and we will certainly recommend The Bicycle Store, Erina to anyone looking to buy bikes or accessories.

Ordering online was very easy and the website quality great. Range and selection of products was excellent. The only thing that could have made my experience excellent was feedback that the product I ordered was not in stock and that it would take a couple of days for them to get it and then send to me. However, when I rang this was explained and the product was shipped very quickly from that point.
The Bicycle Store provides excellent and mostly reliable service. They have a wide rang of products from leading brands and the prices are usually 20-40% cheaper than other stores I've seen. The online webstore has a great layout and makes it easy to purchase things. The only issue I have with The Bicycle store is that some products that I look for are out of stock which isn't too bad.
Good value products and enough to choose from to get your bike up and running again with some variations available to improve your bike. Good dispatch and delivery times, which is always a plus. eParcel used, which is nice, but you can stipulate leaving at the door if you like, so you don't end up in the Post shop queue. The main like, is the browsing and choosing bit, which is great when usually, the bits you want are there.
I was looking for a specific brake rotor to match another one i already have and this was the only place i could find that had it in stock. After placing the order communication was great, online store was easy to use and the items arrived on time Time to hit the trails..........................
Hi, i was recently looking to buy a light weight bike rack that was easy to fit and remove to my Nissan Patrol to carry a few road racers. I narrowed the search down to The Bicycle Store's "Allen 303D Deluxe 3" which fit the budget and looked to be an easy fit and fold away model. Assembly and fitting was easy, but there were a few pro's and cons relating to fitting this item to the Nissan spare tyre as follows. Pros- *Easy fit *light weight *low cost *full size racers easy to mount Cons- *rear window wiper needs to be removed to fit on Nissan. Easy if you are handy. *I don't like the elastic strap used for tying it all down, so I will add an extra non flexible tie down strap for peace of mind so it cant bounce free. *small Fuji650 kids racer needs to be inverted to fit without damaging bike cabling.
Ordered a bunch of tubes for my bike - not problems, came quickly and I received a discount for a bulk order. Definitely use them again.
