I walked in yesterday morning with no appointment. Being a Saturday - the shop was very busy. I asked if they can fit my new carbon rims and new tyres for my road bike. They squeezed me into their busy schedule without any hesitation. Zac, Tong and the crew were great. They listened to my needs and provided great advice! This was only my 2nd time visiting the store. I’ve checked out a lot of bike shops since taking up cycling. I can honestly say this is the only bike shop I’ll go to from now on. If you want great customer service, guys who are chill and easy to talk to - go to The Odd Spoke!
As an elite cyclist, micro-influencer and amateur adult glamour model, I need my bicycle to be in the same excellent condition I keep my body in. After an unfortunate accident I really needed my bike fixed rapidly as I was cutting for a tasteful onlyfans shoot. The team at the odd spoke had all of the parts necessary in stock and were able to fit them in a timely fashion..... thanks to them I will be able to maintain my incredible physique and my role as micro-influencer is safe.....
Bought my son a bike here for his birthday. Was told to bring it back after 6 weeks for a first service/checkup. When the time came, I called to book it in. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. No problems they're a busy shop, totally get it. Turned up 2 weeks later to drop it off. The guy who took it had no idea about the appointment. But found my name and details on a job sheet, so took the bike. Then told me it would be ready in 2 days. For a first service/check. Ok, no dramas, I told him I'd pick up late the next day. I waited an extra day, and turned up to pick the bike up. No one had any idea about the bike, where it was, what was being done. No job sheet had been filled out. The service had not been carried out. That's when the mechanic told me he could do it in 30 minutes if I wanted to wait. Which got me wondering why I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and 2 days for the service in the first place. To the shops credit, they offered to drop it off at my house when it was finished to try and rectify the issue for me. I get the feeling they have one bad employee, because reading most of the other reviews, they seem like a good shop. I'll try this place one more time, but right now I'm not feeling good about using this shop again.

DO NOT DEAL WTH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF FRAUD-ADVERTISING ONE PRODUCT AND DELIVERING SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT!!!! ORDERED A TRUMPET on Catch of the Day!!!! Got a riding hat!!! Would not respond to Catch of the Day!!!! Catch said that they MUST have the item due to the way items are logged, but OLD SPOKE won’t respond!!!!
