The staff at front were exceptional, listened to my issues with car and followed up. They really do care. In addition to my new car service I was wanting operating details on a couple of features with my new car. Turns out the first service person gave completely incorrect information on a promoted safety feature. Next, the Service Manager could not give any information on the operation of this safety feature. After unsuccessfully fiddling with random settings his response was that he would look into it and get back to me via email. My scheduled appointment time was 9AM. Still no response from the Service Manager by the same evening. Left me with no confidence in the ability or professionalism or knowledge of these people servicing my vehicle. After sales service???? Seems non existent in this case. The customer waiting "lounge" was completely unacceptable. The cheapest available coffee pod machine that did not work except for dribbling out 1/4 of a cup of lukewarm water; no milk provided; no cool/chilled water available; the single available toilet was less than private...absolutely not suited for purpose and an insult to clients.

Reception was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I received good advice, the car was serviced, washed, cleaned and vacuumed. Perfect, like new.

Not sure the quality of the mechanics because it was too hard to even book the car in! After waiting over a week for a call I was told to expect in three days I was again lied to about a call back. So three times I had to chase them to ensure my part was actually on the way, only to discover it wasn’t. That’s three wasted weeks for giving them the benefit of the doubt. Don’t make the same mistake.
