In-store shopping
Was was delighted with the service I received. I ordered a reed that was too long for my loom. It was sent from Ashford in New Zealand ....there was no problem at all. A special order for the correct size arrived the same day as the first reed arrived at The Goid Yarn. Thank you so much Jeanette Toller-Bond Port Fairy

A great little shop run entirely by volunteers. A wide range of different items are offered for sale on consignment with 25% of the sale price going to local charities. As well as glassware, chinaware and cutlery, books there is a wide range of beautiful handmade scarves, beanies, baby items and jumpers. There is also really great honey on offer and locally made jams and preserves. If you’re in town make sure you drop by.
Friendly customer service here. A good selection of knitted garments plus some bric-a-brac and homewares.
Lovely and very friendly OP shop with great selection of woollen socks and other garments, good books and fantastic marmalade.
Over priced secondhand shop with "tourist information". Woman in the shop couldn't answer any questions we asked about the local area or about where visitors could get good food or meals. She was very terse mannered and was visibly offended when we said where we were staying. There is no disabled access. There was no ramp the day we were there - despite the photo they've put online. There is a large step followed by a smaller step to a narrow doorway. Both doors were closed, but unlocked (though it was cold and windy) with the second, main door very heavy. Difficult to move around inside if using any mobility or walking aid - if you can manage the doors. Strollers and prams also will not fit through the doorway or in the shop. I'd give this one a miss unless you forget to pack warm socks, gloves or beanie. The only new items the shop sells (and lap quilts). We won't be going back here next time we visit Bundanoon.
Volunteer run shop with a mix of second hand items and new knitted beanies, scarves and jumpers. Books are a bargain at 50 cents for children’s books and 1 to 2 for other books.
An absolute gem if you are a crafty! you can buy all sorts of knitted items as well as yarn and knitting items. All sale proceeds go to charity :)
