Great service here with friendly and helpful staff. Time was taken to show us several models of cameras, make detailed comparisons, and show the features to us. Cost wise it was more affordable than JB-Hifi. Lots of accessories (camera bags, SD cards, spare batteries etc). They also sell film and disposable cameras. Thanks guys!

Excellent service and excellent customer support. I got my camera cleaned and serviced in couple of hours. They also helped me recover my lost Camera bill of 2017 from a different store to access my 5-year service plan. Would highly recommend buying a camera from this company.

Visted Ted's in the Canberra Centre yesterday looking for a pair of binoculars. The service was friendly & helpful. The saleswoman was very helpful to find the right product and very patient while i chose, service was 200% better than the service/attitude i recieved just prior at JB Hifi.....
Didn't buy anything, but oh my god the service was impeccable. Almost every person in the store came up to me smiling asking if they could help me. The lovely Asian girl out the back almost convinced me to buy a 300 polaroid just with her work ethic and communication skills alone! Will definitely be back when my career as an erotic photographer picks up.
