Purchased new phone for my elderly parents and had nothing but problems with it! No help from this business, wasn't entitled to refund as they activated the phone,no 7 offday cooling period! Which was not explained then either, not happy!

Totally hopeless staff. They didn't even write my name properly (mixed family name with my 2nd Christian name) connection was not done on time, had to go back at least 3 times before getting any result. Bad bad experience indeed
