Does not have any advice about telephone solutions for businessess, 6 months no response regarding telephone handsets and they just send you to a call centre despite being their business customer and signing up with them. There is always a problem with our service and even when they say it is fixed, a few ombudsman claims later and still having issues.

I had to sit in a business center to call their Telstra hotline to help me . A business center couldn’t help much on business solutions . . .not to mentioned to stand outside the business solution center to call Telstra customer service hotline during winter ; is not a pleasant experience But I am glad the problem has been solved on the phone with the customer officer Snehal. Cheers :)
