I walked in with a certain guitar in mind, but after I found I didn't like it I was about to walk out when I was handed another model to try, one I hadn't previously considered. And it rang like a bell. It was bought later that day. I never would have played that guitar if it wasn't for the recommendation of the person who helped me, and I will be eternally grateful. A beautiful guitar I'll keep with me for the rest of my life. These guys know exactly what they're doing, guitarists there to help guitarists.

I walked into the Guitar Lounge and instantly felt an authentic studio vibe with a warm service from Fender expert, Robert. Ended up walking out with a new strat, to which Robert had given a very reasonable deal on. Highly recommend and will visit again.
It's very strange that a city as big as Sydney ends up with such a small guitar shop in the heart of the CBD. It's a fantastic little shop filled with beautiful guitars and equipments I shop there in-store and online and their customer service is always on point. Their website could use a refresh though, maybe a 2021 goal?
It’s a small business with excellent service and a great selection of Fender guitars. Robert provided helpful advice in selecting my first guitar and made sure the guitar is set up properly. Strongly recommended!
