I popped in to buy some midi cables and ended up playing an amazing range of boutique hand made guitars — what a great experience! Chris knows his stuff, and happily shares his knowledge & passion for the gear and works to figure out exactly what your after. Turns out I really like boutique Strats Well worth a visit — I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend this place. Great range of boutique pedals, some of which are hard to find elsewhere. You'll definitely find some cool alternatives you haven't heard about, and the staff are all too happy to let you try them out and give guidance when needed. The store front looks great as well. Go check it out!
Roger has done an awesome job with this shop. Lots of great gear and people working there who genuinely enjoy helping you find exactly what you want. If you're a guitarist, you should check it out ASAP, if you know a guitarist, you should buy them a gift card!

Signal Chain is possibly one of THE great examples of why you should shop local and NOT Amazon etc. Having a pre-order for a dear friend delayed by 1. publisher 2. COVID-19 3. Customs 4. X'Mas rush, I was all set to let 2020 be bookended by not being able to give a gift that I had been planning MONTHS in advance. Their normal courier stated that the order would arrive in Perth (Other side of the world) 30th, so I reached out. Rodger personally sent out a second copy, rushed with AustPost Express, and by god IT MADE IT ON THE 23RD! Talk about going above beyond and even further than that! By contrast, some stuff ordered and mucked around by Amazon on CyberMonday, STILL waiting to get back to me 23 DAYS later even after being told 'we'll get back to you in 23h' (First time user, and NEVER again). Got an amp shipped from here and everything from first contact with the store to the five layers of bubble wrap and the tubes in a separate box was just top notch! Couldn't be happier and would recommend this place to all and everyone.

Awesome boutique guitar and effects store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable on what ypu need to find the sound you're looking for. Well worth a visit if you have some cash to spend on tone.
