I went to Sweethearts to get my bridesmaids dresses sorted and this place is wonderful! The process was very easy and they have such a large range of styles and colours (HASSLE FREE!) The ladies working here at marvellous. They really know how to make you feel comfortable and work with your budget. They gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted and they were aware I was also looking at other places. Even with that, they still looked after me. I gave them what styles I liked and they worked very well with it. Found my dream dress for my wedding. It was cheaper than I expected for the quality they provide. Very happy with everything.
Best bridal store I’ve been to in Sydney. Robin was so helpful and always very attentive. They have a great range of dresses and designers. The dresses are really well cared for and the shop is really clean and well presented. I’ve been to many bridal stores and always came back to this one as it had the best range and most pleasant experience hands down.
The team at Sweethearts Bridal are amazing and helped me pick out the PERFECT bridesmaid dresses! I love the forest green colour we chose and their range of dresses, sizes and colours are unmatched. The dresses were so well made and so easy to work with and made my bridesmaids looks and feel so beautiful. We also ordered the groomsmen's ties and pocket squares through Sweethearts and were so pleased with the results and colour matching. The ties/squares did take a long while to be made and as such I had to call to check in on their progress, but overall a really great experience and some pieces! I would highly recommend to brides and parties out there! The staff and shop were very COVID safe, checking temperature, sanitising, wearing masks and gloves to greet customers and handle the clothing. They have altered their opening times which can sometimes make it difficult to shop. Also remember to ring if you go there and the doors are locked as they do this as a precaution to control visitor.
Here I am again writing another incredible review for Sweethearts. I had the opportunity to wear my wedding dress again for our wedding 2.0 two weeks ago, due to having a home ceremony the previous year. Kristy was so accommodating into fixing my dress to make myself feel more relaxed and comfortable, and I was soo happy with the final product! I was always greeted with a smile and the ladies there are so lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting sweethearts to find you dream dress, I did! Katherine Brown/Grech
The stuff are absolutely amazing, especially Kristy and Ros who I had the pleasure of dealing with. They have the most beautiful selection of dresses, this was the first shop I went to when looking for a dress and it was safe to say they had exactly what I needed. Cant wait to pick up my dress!

We were blessed to be served by the amazing Debra who was kind, caring, helpful, respectful, professional and above all genuine, what a lovely lady, what more could a girl and her family ask for when looking for a dress!
