I was rather nervous when I first walked in which Mary could tell. Mary was very accommodating and listened to what we were saying. We had narrowed it down to two dresses we liked. We then spoke about features we wished were different and Mary who also does the alterations (how handy one stop shop) suggested ideas to alter the dress making it my dream gown. They also allow you to take photos of each dress you tried on which I feel is very important. Thank you Mary for making me feel comfortable and giving us such a pleasant experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of finding my wedding dress at Rosa and Mary Bridals, and WOW!! I tried on THIRTY SEVEN dresses, and it wasn't until I walked into this store that I found my DREAM DRESS. Mary was amazing to deal with, from the first fitting until the final, and I couldn't have been happier with the dress and the price. She went above and beyond to help me (even when I rocked up 3 minutes before her son's parent teacher conference) lol. If you are looking for your dream dress, try here first!!! 5 STARS !!!!

Extremly saddened and dissapointed with my experience! I bought my first wedding dress from here, I waited 5 weeks to have my dress alterated. The day had finally come, I couldn't sleep the night before because of my excitement! I put my dress on only to find the whole hem had been absolutely hacked, I had to stand there with rips in my dress whilst they fixed the hem. I got home and when I had another look at my dress, beads fell off it and flowers were fraying and again there was still rips at the hem. I had a break down, the dress of my dreams was a dud and had been destroyed. I recieved no compensation or in anyway was given any money back. I went in there in tears putting it back on as they had to at least fix it. Rosa did apologise, whilst I stood there in tears. With less then 3 weeks till my wedding I had to go to every bridal shop possible to find my dream dress. I would strongly advise to go to either paddington bridal or white lily couture, they are professionals unfortuantely I had the worst experience possible here. On the positive side if this didn't happen I wouldn't have found a better dress that I fell much more in love with that was more perfect then what I could have dreamed for!

Best Wedding Dresses on the Gold Coast and everything Wedding !!! Rosa and Mary are beautiful ladies and only employ the best, kindest most caring staff like Stacie.. They treated my sister like a Princess and made myself and our mum feel important. My family live on the Gold Coast but I live in Adelaide. Every time I go up to visit my family I take my alterations in to Rosa & Mary because they are perfectionists and are reasonably priced. Go visit them even if you just need a formal evening dress. They have a huge variety and I guarantee you won't want to go anywhere else afterwards.

Went in to fit a dress purchased elsewhere. Rosa was so friendly and accommodating. Alterations I wanted were going to cost too much. Browsed the bridal wear there with Mary who was so lovely. Found my dream dress cheaper than my alterations. Next day they squeezed in a bunch of new alterations for me last minute. These ladies and their shop are a treasure.
